Mike Wales

Mike Wales co-owns AGL Yacht Sales, Inc. with his wife Leilani Wales.  Mike is a marine transaction and business law attorney, former judge, and long-time Southern California boater. Mike resides in Coronado and is an active member of Coronado Cays Yacht Club, California Yacht Brokers Association, San Diego Sail and Power Squadron, and Porsche Club of America – San Diego Region.  Mike holds multiple American Sailing Association Certifications.

Muncko Kruize II is a retired veteran of the military and the fire service.  Muncko enlisted in the Navy out of high school and through his career progression found himself attending school in San Diego at NTC.  It was while at NTC that he learned to sail and fell in love with it. His love of the ocean, however, began much earlier.

Half of the first twelve years of his life were spent at sea, on various types of cargo ships with his merchant marine father. He continued sailing through his various deployments and assignments and sailed in such exotic locations like Diego Garcia and Pearl Harbor. While in the Navy, Muncko was assigned to an instructional post and earned his Master Training Specialist designation. He leverages his instructional experience frequently, teaching and mentoring all range of subjects in which he has experience, including teaching novice sailors about their newly acquired boats.

After leaving active duty, Muncko started his career in the fire service with Miami Dade Fire Rescue where amongst his standard duties as a firefighter medic, he also operated as a small boat rescue specialist and rescue diver. While working as a full time Firefighter Medic, Muncko transitioned from the Navy Reserve to the Florida Army National Guard and earned his commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Intelligence Corps. Maintaining both careers eventually led to attaining the ranks of Fire Captain on the fire department and Major in the Army Guard and retiring from both in 2020.

Immediately upon retiring Muncko acquired SV Walela, a 46-foot Amel Maramu on which he now resided and sails as often as possible fulfilling a dream he’d had since his teenage years.

Tyler Kiser was born in the small town of Zoarville, Ohio where he grew up and spent his summers at the lake with his family fishing and water skiing where his passion for the sea began.

When he was young, he traveled all over the USA with his family discovering everything that our beautiful country has to offer. After graduating high school, he packed all his belongings and began his own adventure moving across the country to California. But his ambition to venture out into the world didn’t stop there. He enlisted in the United States Navy and is still currently on Active duty here in sunny San Diego. He has been on multiple deployments all over the Middle East and Asia for majority of his career where his love for Aviation and the open Sea became one. His military expertise includes Aviation Maintenance on the C-2A Greyhound and CMV-22B Osprey where he is a Plank owner that established the Navy’s first Osprey Fleet Replacement Squadron.

His entrepreneurial spirit continues to grow as he is also a successful Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Lending Originator, and Certified Transaction Coordinator. In his free time, he enjoys the company of his loving and successful wife Miki who is the CEO of a Construction Company in Tokyo, Japan and also has her Captains License along with their two French Bulldogs Jack and Daniel. You can find the Kiser team either frequenting the Coronado Cays Yacht Club or closing deals in Japan and America whether it’s on land in Real Estate or in the open waters of Yacht sales.
